1. Pre-Visit Call and Information Gathering – Before any site visit takes place you will be asked to provide a close up aerial (the property itself) with boundaries and current access routes marked.  A medium view of surrounding properties and large view of the general area will be assessed.  You will then be sent a questionnaire that includes questions about your goals as a land owner and hunter, your access to equipment, budget, etc.  A call will then be scheduled to go over the questionnaire and the goals of the client.  This will ensure the consultation and visit is as effective and efficient as possible.

2. On-Site Visit – Based on the Pre-Site Call and Information Gathering, there will be key elements of the clients property highlighted for viewing.  This may even include a quick drive around the “neighborhood” as well.  Rest assured there will be elements of your property that the map and information gathering may not highlight.

The process of the on-site visit will consist of gauging limiting factors (cover, food and water) of your property vs. your “neighborhood” and wider general area and providing enhancement recommendations.  Stand sites and most importantly access to those stand sites will be analyzed.  Trail camera strategy throughout the whole season can also be recommended.

3. The Final Plan – After the On-Site Visit, a property plan and report will be constructed and delivered digitally to you.  The plan will consist of not only immediate changes and enhancements, but potential medium and long-term enhancements.  Also, you will be given contact information to stay in touch.  I have no problem answering your questions, guiding you through the process and most importantly staying in touch to see your success!
